Dr. Paul D. Schrik
Superintendent
It is my highest honor and privilege to both serve and lead the Troy School District, where we are committed to providing each student what they need to be successful.
Our Pre-K through Grade 8 school district consists of very well maintained schools. We have five elementary schools (grades Pre-K through 4th grade), one intermediate school (5th and 6th grades), and one middle school (7th and 8th grades). Roughly 700 faculty and staff serve approximately 4,500 students in Joliet, Plainfield, Shorewood, and parts of Channahon.
Our district's reputation of excellence, including its commitment to providing each student what they need to be successful is evident in its robust and challenging curriculum and diverse array of extracurriculars. Providing the learning environment necessary in such a way that our school community gives its very best to maximize opportunities for each student is the cornerstone of Troy's success. Simply, we strive for excellence by providing our students our very best. We work hard building and maintaining strong relationships with our families and our communities.
Within our district and in our schools you can see and feel the incredible level of dedication and commitment of our staff. We are proud of our district and very grateful for the trust our families and communities place in us each and every day to serve our most important resource, our students. Should you ever have any questions for me, please feel free to reach out to me at pschrik@troy30c.org.
