Criteria for Elementary Enrichment & Extension Placement

We offer a flexible enrichment and extension model for students in grades K-4. Our primary focus for the 23-24 school year is math enrichment.

Elementary Enrichment & Extension Programming Structure

Each school offers a program that is structured based on their individual building needs to provide enrichment and extension to students in kindergarten through 4th grade. The model is flexible and responsive to the most current data throughout the school year.

Campus Accelerated

Criteria for Campus Accelerated Placement

ELA Placement	Math Placement
Consistently scores at or around 85th% on current year MAP assessments IAR score 4 or higher Reading Level above grade level using Benchmark Assessment System - F&P or MAP Lexile scores A writing sample (5th & 7th) demonstrating mastery of grade level writing skills Teacher Input form demonstrating executive functioning skills	Consistently scores at or around 85th% on current year MAP assessments IAR score 4 or higher Benchmark assessment (Freckle) at or around the 80th percentile Teacher Input form demonstrating executive functioning skills

ELA Placement

Math Placement

Consistently scores at or around 85th% on current year MAP assessments
IAR score 4 or higher
Reading Level above grade level using Benchmark Assessment System - F&P or MAP Lexile scores
A writing sample (5th & 7th) demonstrating mastery of grade level writing skills
Teacher Input form demonstrating executive functioning skills

Consistently scores at or around 85th% on current year MAP assessments
IAR score 4 or higher
Benchmark assessment (Freckle) at or around the 80th percentile
Teacher Input form demonstrating executive functioning skills

Criteria for Double Accelerated Math Placement

Student consistently performs at the 99th percentile
Student consistently exceeds performance on IAR state assessment
Student is administered math placement test and performs at or above an 85% to determine mastery of grade level standards
Teacher input form is completed on student
Building Principal is consulted for placement change
Parent/Guardian is consulted for placement change

Campus Accelerated Communication Plan

Letters will be mailed to families inviting students to participate in the Campus Accelerated Program in July before the new school year.
