Multilingual Program
Troy 30-C enrolls approximately 500 students who are classified as English Learners or Emergent Bilinguals (EB’s) in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. Federal and State statutes, as well as Troy 30-C policies, provide the basis and structure for the State mandate; Bilingual Education for students of the same language classification, Spanish. Troy 30-C offers a Transitional Program of Instruction (TPI) for language learners who are not enrolled in Transitional Bilingual Education (TBE) classrooms.
