Facility Rentals

Troy CCSD 30-C buildings and fields are available to rent for our community members. Please review the information below to learn more about facility rentals throughout the school district.

Elementary School Fields - Community organizations may use the elementary school fields at no cost. However, to hold organized practices, you must submit a facility rental request and provide a certificate of liability insurance.

  • Cronin Soccer Fields: These fields belong to the Village of Shorewood. Please contact the Village directly to make a reservation.
  • Hofer Baseball & Soccer Fields: These fields belong to Troy 30-C. Community organizations are welcome to use theses fields by contacting the district and submitting a facility rental request.

Important Announcement

Troy CCSD 30-C is currently transitioning to a new facility rental platform. To ensure a smooth transition, please note the following guidelines for submitting your requests:

  • For rentals through June 30, 2026: Please continue to log into your account and submit requests via MLSchedules.
  • For rentals starting July 1, 2026, and beyond: Please create a new account and submit requests through Incident IQ (iiQ).

For Facility Rentals through June 30, 2026

To request a facility rental, please click here to log in or register your account and follow the prompts to submit your request.

For Facility Rentals Beginning July 1, 2026

Please visit Incident IQ (iiQ) to register for a new account and submit your rental request. When registering your account, you will be prompted to search for your organization. If your organization isn't listed, or if this is your first time logging in, please select "Create Organization." Once your account is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email from the district with your login details and instructions for future use.
