Student School Device Coverage 

To sign-up for the district-issued device protection plan, please go to www.schooldevicecoverage.com/signup. 

The district-issued device protection plan will be effective from the date your submitted application AND payment (or arranged payment plan) are received by School Device Coverage. The protection plan expires June 30, 2024, or when your child graduates or withdraws from the Troy CCSD 30-C, whichever comes first.

If your child’s Chromebook is accidentally damaged, lost or stolen, then your child will be issued a replacement Chromebook at their school site. Any damaged device will first be examined by site administration and then sent to the IT department at the District Office for further review. If coverage was purchased, you will need to file a claim with School Device Coverage. If coverage was not purchased, Troy CCSD 30-C will work with families to ensure students continue to have access to a learning device.
