Superintendent Search Survey

Dear District Staff, Families, and Community Members:

The Troy CCSD 30-C Board of Education has begun the search process for the next superintendent, who will begin serving the district in the 2027-2028 school year. We have selected Pezanoski Consulting to assist us in this important process.

The Board of Education values the perspective of those who know and care about our district, and we want your voice to be part of this process. We invite you to take a few minutes to complete the survey linked here. Please share your thoughts about the characteristics, skills, and priorities that are most important in our next Superintendent.

Your feedback is important as we identify what our district needs in its next leader. Survey responses, along with input from a staff/administration focus group and discussions with the Board of Education will be used by our consultant to develop a profile for our next superintendent. This profile will guide the screening and interview process.

Survey responses will remain anonymous and confidential. Responses will be provided directly to the search consultant.
